How delivery works

Home-cooked in small batches in our FSA 5-star kitchen. Packed frozen, insulated, ice packs, via DPD, APC or DHL. Tuesday or Friday delivery. Track in real time. The box stays cold up to 72 hours. Not a kitchen in India or the UAE — home-cooked and delivered frozen across UK mainland.

How it is stored

Flash-frozen the day it is cooked. Straight into their freezer on arrival. Once defrosted, eat within 24 hours. Do not refreeze.

How to eat

Heat from frozen. Microwave or oven, around 6 to 7 minutes, until piping hot throughout. No cooking, no chopping. Dal, sabzi, roti on their table the same night the box is opened.
