2. We cook

Home Chef Sakshi’s kitchen. Real ghar ka khana. FSA 5-star.

3. We deliver frozen

Insulated packaging across UK mainland. Ready for your freezer. From Birmingham to Brighton and beyond — delivery range across mainland UK (not a cook-origin claim).

4. You heat and serve

Microwave or hob. Dinner in about 3 minutes.

Portion sizes

  • Main meals: ~500 ml containers — a satisfying solo plate.
  • Biryani: Royal Chicken Biryani and Royal Vegetable Biryani are 500 ml portions.
  • Add-ons: chapattis or a jeera basmati rice add-on when selected.
  • Group / catering: Same meal-tray model at larger scale — still heat and serve. Not a made-to-order South Indian kitchen.

FAQs

How do I heat the meals?

Heat from frozen or defrosted — microwave or hob until piping hot. Most mains are ready to plate in about 3 minutes. Follow the label on each tray.

What size is a main meal / biryani / rice add-on?

Mains and biryani come in ~500 ml trays. Add-ons are chapattis or a jeera basmati rice add-on when selected.

Do you cook in my city?

No — we cook in our FSA 5-star kitchen and deliver frozen across UK mainland. Enter your postcode at checkout to confirm coverage.

Can I order for a group or event?

Yes — catering is bulk heat-and-serve: the same Saakshi trays at group scale. You heat and serve. We are not a South Indian / made-to-order catering kitchen.
