Same home-cooked Saakshi meals, at group scale. We prepare the trays; you heat and serve. Ideal for family gatherings, office lunches, and celebrations where you want ghar ka khana without a full kitchen crew.

Catering with Saakshi's is bulk heat-and-serve:
- The same meal-tray model families already order weekly
- Delivered frozen across UK mainland
- You heat and plate when guests arrive
- Build from the menu (Signature / Pure Veg / favourites) — ask us for larger tray counts via WhatsApp or the catering form
What we are not
We are not a South Indian restaurant kitchen and not a made-to-order on-site catering crew. We won’t pretend to run a live dosa / buffet station.
If that’s what you need, we may not be the right fit for that event — but we’d love to stay top-of-mind for home-cooked, handcrafted trays you can heat and serve next time.

Can you cook South Indian / on-site for my wedding?
We’re not a South Indian or made-to-order catering kitchen. We can supply home-cooked heat-and-serve trays for your freezer and buffet table — happy to help plan quantities over WhatsApp.
How far ahead should I order?
